Hi All. New to this forum. Here because I’ve got a new sleep issue.

Background! I’ve never slept great, varying issues.. insomnia, delayed sleep phase, teeth grinding, night terrors, Catathrenia, sleep talking, panic attacks during the night. Go through stages with all of these and I feel they all stem from anxiety.

However I’ve got a new one! And it’s becoming quite stressful, it’s been going on about two weeks now. Basically I go to bed as usual, start to drift off but then wake up seemingly thirty seconds later.. drift off again.. wake up again..

I’ve now worked up that getting up and doing something, then going back to bed seems to help but not always! I’m become quite tired because of it.

Anyone else experienced this? And know how to deal with it?

      Thanks

      Meg
