    Greetings to all of you on this forum!

    I wanted to inform everyone here about how much better I am feeling after getting my sleep back! Back in December last year I became very ill and was unable to sleep properly for several weeks. As a result, insomnia developed and I was really struggling to sleep for many weeks. You all know how demoralising this can be and I was anxious and fearful every day about going to bed at night.

    I reached out to Martin in March this year and enrolled on his 8 week course. All I can say is this was the best thing I could have done. Within 2 weeks my sleep had started to normalise and now, around 3 months later I am more or less back to my pre December 2020 sleep patter of around 6.5 to 7 hours of sleep a night.

    It was a great learning experience and I’m sure the training has helped you all. I still have a slight fear in the back of my mind that insomnia may rear it’s ugly head again in the future but I believe Martin has equipped me with the tools that are necessary to deal with it.

    I appreciate you sharing that you still have a slight fear in the back of your mind that insomnia might return in the future — that fear shows that you are having thoughts, which means you are a human being! We don’t have to concern ourselves with thoughts since they are just thoughts — nothing more, and nothing less!

    As you pointed out, if sleep ever becomes a struggle again in the future, you now know exactly what to do to get your sleep right back on track!
