For 8 months woke up at night after about 4.5 hours and couldnt sleep.

2 weeks ago started to use sleep restriction and fixed wake up time.

I give myself 5.15 hours in bed.

I suspect I need less then  6 hours of sleep to feel fine.

I do sleep quickly, and ussualy manage to sleep after wake up at night, within 5-10 minutes.

But I wake up 3-4 times at night.

It is pretty tiring to put myself to sleep so many times and becomes more chalenging when approaching wake up time.

Waking by itself is actually quite normal and is only something to be concerned about if you are at risk of sleep apnea or if it takes a long time to fall back to sleep when you wake during the night.
