For 8 months woke up at night after about 4.5 hours and couldnt sleep.
2 weeks ago started to use sleep restriction and fixed wake up time.
I give myself 5.15 hours in bed.
I suspect I need less then 6 hours of sleep to feel fine.
I do sleep quickly, and ussualy manage to sleep after wake up at night, within 5-10 minutes.
But I wake up 3-4 times at night.
It is pretty tiring to put myself to sleep so many times and becomes more chalenging when approaching wake up time.July 9, 2019 at 9:29 pm #30637

Waking by itself is actually quite normal and is only something to be concerned about if you are at risk of sleep apnea or if it takes a long time to fall back to sleep when you wake during the night.
