Welcome to the forum. Would you say that tinnitus is the biggest obstacle to your sleep at the current time, or do you feel that worry has more of an influence?
Not sure, my worrying comes and goes. I don’t think there is a cure for tinitus.
I believe you are correct about the tinnitus, unfortunately. With that being said, it’s certainly still possible to address any factors other than your tinnitus that may be perpetuating your sleep issues.
Do you typically have more trouble falling asleep or staying asleep? Can you describe a typical night for us?
