      So my rls makes it hard to get to sleep then when I wake up at night it’s hard to get back asleep.I was on ambien for years kicked that habit been over a year now.I take magnesium, b6,chamomile, l theanine, and niacin at bedtime.And doxylamine as needed.But all that doesn’t seem to be enough. Anyone have any suggestions as to what works best for them?
