      I have some questions – I went through the insomnia course and have been receiving excellent results. YAY! (Excellent = 2me Miraculous) . I have friends that could use this course too – but I am reluctant to talk to them about it because I’m afraid of “identifying” again with the insomnia. I am thinking that 6 months of sleep results might be a good time to start talking about it to others?? Thank you for all you Do!!

              It sounds as though you have an understandable concern there — and yet, I wonder whether talking to others about insomnia might serve as a way of empowering yourself? Perhaps it might be a way to free yourself from the fear of insomnia, to use your experience and knowledge in a positive way, to perhaps turn the tables on insomnia completely?

              The only way you can end up “identifying” again with insomnia is if you allow insomnia to control your actions and determine how you live your life!

                Thank you for your guidance Martin – it has only been a couple of months with me sleeping and I did not want to mess up my sleep that is for sure.

                I want to help people don’t get me wrong – I just did not want to take off my oxygen mask to help them get relief and then I start obsessing again with hyperarousal and identifying with symptoms again by talking about it. I know friends have listened to me for years about this.
