    Sleep has been a huge issue throughout my life. Lots of childhood trauma stuff. In counseling. Feel like I’ve tried everything. Given up caffeine, exercise regularly. Tried medications. I’m getting 6 hours of sleep. I don’t feel terrible and can function pretty well. But I’m concerned for my overall health.
