You’re in the right place. What do your drs prescribe you? What have you tried?

Welcome to the forum, Jesse. Can you describe a typical night for us? What time do you go to bed, when do you get out of bed, and roughly how many hours of sleep do you get on a typical night?

jesse you are not alone in this i going to the same hell as you
maybe we need to think is it bad and can get even worse but purely mathematically speaking, the chances are greater that it will get better I know this is easy said and I also fail thickly but we have to do something

At 9 till 9 that sounds well hopeful.

Jesse I would love to help, but I can only

feel like I am no as alone as was 24 hours ago.

SO far Jesse you are in my realm.  I don’t know how

to respond without sounding like am whining to

each person, so far. Chris is my name, I am new

to this form of help as well so, reply to “Insomnia

is what it is cracked up to be”.  I am ready to make

another attempt at what we are all here talking about?

SLEEP.  After 24 hours with my latest effort I might

be back sooner, than I want to.  I am not bragging:

But at 155 hours w/o a wink it is getting tougher.

              Thanks for letting me share.
