    I’ve dealt with insomnia of and on for several years 30+. I can actually remember the first time I didn’t sleep all night because of an Elvis Costello song running through my head “watching the detectives”. That song played over and over all night. That was the beginning.
    I play guitar so music is a common theme in my sleeplessness. I use a sleep aid called bedtime stories for adults where nothing much happens podcast.
    Recently health issues have created intense anxiety attacks because I had to change therapies and that has caused insomnia. While sitting in my den I found Martin on YouTube. I know what they say about screens and sleeplessness but oh well it’s how I found my way here.

    How are you getting on since you posted? Did you decide to try implementing any of the cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) techniques I often talk about?
