    Martin has helped me clean up my sleep hygiene – I used to read in bed (I don’t do that anymore), I used to listen to podcasts to try to go to sleep (I don’t do that anymore), and most of all, my thought pattern has changed. I’m not trying to sleep; rather I’m letting sleep happen. Thank you so much!

    It sounds as though you successfully abandoned some unhelpful sleep efforts — and that’s entirely down to you!

    I appreciated you sharing that your thought pattern has changed; that you are no longer trying to sleep — you are letting sleep happen. How were you able to make such a shift in your mindset? This is where many people struggle!

    Letting sleep happen: this was a new idea for me. But I love learning new things and especially when I see positive results. I guess you could say that I’m teachable and I trust professionals like yourself. I made a bunch of changes all at once because I was so tired of nothing working for me. Thank you so much!
