New to the forum hoping to connect and get ideas from others. I have had serious sleep problems for over 10 years with my longest sleepless stretch being 5 days. I have tried it all and currently take ambien but love to find alternatives that actually work. I have tried all the natural remedies and of all the prescribed medicines I’ve tried ambien is the only thing that has ever worked.September 13, 2019 at 12:12 am #32372
