I started developing sleep difficulties about 15 months ago after a concussion. About 3 months ago the sleep problem became very concerning after a few nights with zero sleep. Concussion forums all said that exercise was key to restoring sleep. I have been walking & jogging routinely for the past 1.5 months. While it has helped some, I’m still having ups, downs, and sleepless nights. Hoping to learn from this program and this group.

Welcome to the forum, Nate. How are you doing since you posted? Exercise is good for sleep (and our overall health) but it can’t generate sleep. What time do you usually go to bed at night, what time do you start your day in the morning, and roughly how many hours of sleep do you get on an average night?

If you are ready to stop struggling with insomnia you can enroll in the online insomnia coaching course right now!
