      I sleep about 5 hours a night. Sleeping disorders accompany me after I decided to give up smoking. I thought it’s just because of pain in my back. Recently I found info that it’s rather common withdrawal symptom, but I haven’t been smoking already for eight months and nothing ever changes. Does anybody face with the same?

        Short-term sleep disturbance is to be expected when you quit smoking. If this manifests into a long-term problem, CBT-I techniques can be helpful.
