I have a hard time going to sleep on Sunday night into Monday. I can just think about it anytime and I start to get anxiety. Also I’ll get it when I have to do a special procedure at work. I know what I’m doing at work I’m very confident what I do but I still can’t sleep at night. I’m worried that I won’t be able to sleep. Then when I lay down I worry about how much time I have left before I have to get up for work. And worried how I’m going to function next day. Other days I’m fine ? and sleep well. Yet as soon as I think ? it’s going to be a bad night. It usually does. HELP

“Sunday night insomnia” is quite common and is usually the result of weekend lie-ins and/or a stressful job.
