      I suffered with a chronic bout of insomnia 10 years ago, lasting 18 months. I beat it through some therapy, meditation and life changes to reduce stress.
      But…..it’s back. It’s been a month now of next to no sleep at least 3 times a week.
      I’m trying to follow a cbt approach and it’s early days yet (first week of diarising my sleep patterns)
      I’m looking for some encouragement and success stories of beating relapses.
      Look forward to reading some other people’s stories.

        Hi, welcome and sorry to hear of your relapse. Are you currently experiencing any roadblocks with the CBT-I techniques you’re exploring now? Are you able to pinpoint what you did 10 years ago that made the most impact to restoring your sleep and have you revisited that with any luck? There are a lot of success stories on this forum from those who’ve implemented CBT-I and I encourage you to review some of those as I think you’ll find some consistency in their messages.
