      Prior to taking the Insomnia Coach program my life felt like a mess. I cried easily, and felt angry and frustrated most of the time. I was obsessed with “ fixing” my sleep. After taking the course I now know I have no control over my sleep. The more I try to fix it, the worse it is. I do however have complete control over how I live my days. I am no longer afraid of difficult nights. I used to believe if I had difficult nights, difficult days will surely follow. Thanks to the skills I learned from the program, I can more easily coexist with the difficult nights, difficult thoughts and feelings and still have delightful days spent doing the things I love, spending time with friends and family, playing golf, or just hanging out with my grandchildren. I finally feel free from the insomnia trap. Does this mean my sleep is completely back on track. No, but now I don’t have to put my life on hold waiting for things to change. I’ve learned through the program to give my brain the room and freedom to improve, while I create a life that I love. So grateful to this course. B

        Thank you so much for sharing! It sounds as though you’ve moved away from trying to control your sleep and freed up the energy that might have been consumed by that ongoing struggle to do things that matter to you and that help you live a rich and meaningful life.
