I am 68 years old and remember aged 8 coming down stairs crying to my mother I couldn’t go to sleep. She offered me a Valium ( it certainly was another time, my siblings and I used to jokingly call her the pusher, a drug was always her solution). Anyhow back to my 60 years of not sleeping well.
I was always asleep early and awake really early. I remember in my twenties thinking sleep was a waste of time I could get so much done if I didn’t sleep much.I had two babies in my mid twenties and that was the start of waking in the night and not being able to get back to sleep and becoming anxious about it.
I am excited about following the Insomnia coach a friend told me about him. - AuthorPosts
