      I have been listening to the podcasts and doing the daily free emails. I went from not sleeping through the night (and not being able to go back to sleep after 4 hours or so of sleep) to having several nights where I sleep at least 7 hours in the past week. I am excited and grateful for finding insomniacoach.com and hopeful about the future for the first time in several years.
