      Just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself. I am 55 male who has sleep maintenance insomnia, never have a problem falling asleep, but after 4 hours my eyes snap open and it is difficult to go back to sleep. My history is one of an athlete who always woke up early 4:00 Am to workout. But after a period of extreme stress with job and family, I was broken. I have never recovered the ability to sleep the way I once did. My total sleep hasn't changed, but the quality is certainly better. I have had a problem of falling asleep at work, quite embarrassing. Even driving in the afternoon can be a dangerous. But this week no dozing or napping, restricting sleep and it has definitely helped, but there is still much work to do and look forward to sharing and learning from the people here.
