      Hi everyone, I completed Martin’s program in January and can report that I am a happier person now. My life was great before, but insomnia was negatively impacting my nights and days and I knew that I had to do something about it. I suffered from insomnia for many years, which was characterized by sleep anxiety and conditioned hyper-arousal. I was prescribed medication to help me with this, and I also took OTC products, such as Melatonin. Now I no longer take medication! I feel confident and happy that I have tools to help me when I feel the old feelings of sleep anxiety creep in, which is inevitable, as my brain was conditioned for many years to fight/resist the anxiety. One of the most valuable things that I learned in Martin’s course was to accept the night time wakefulness and to stop resisting/fighting. This made a huge difference for me. Sleep cannot be controlled and I am so happy to have learned this. I have reaped many benefits from this course, but the one most apparent to me is that I am happier now knowing that I can manage the occasional nights of night time wakefulness in a workable, positive way. I wish everyone the best as they work with Martin. His program helped me immensely and was the best gift that I have ever given myself.
