    Hi, I’m new here and have found the insomnia coach podcast and emails super helpful so far.
    I’ve struggled with insomnia for 3 years now and am hopeful in the CBT-i process.
    I love hearing success stories and find they being so much comfort and hope.
    Look forward to reading posts and learning!

    Hi, I am new here as well and have had insomnia very bad for 5 months..I have sleep onset insomnia and bad “sleep anxiety”..what does your insomnia stem from? Have you tried any natural remedies? None have worked for me thus my reason for joining and trying CBT-I.
