Hi, I’m new here and have found the insomnia coach podcast and emails super helpful so far.
I’ve struggled with insomnia for 3 years now and am hopeful in the CBT-i process.
I love hearing success stories and find they being so much comfort and hope.
Look forward to reading posts and learning!March 20, 2020 at 2:05 pm #36022

Hi, I am new here as well and have had insomnia very bad for 5 months..I have sleep onset insomnia and bad “sleep anxiety”..what does your insomnia stem from? Have you tried any natural remedies? None have worked for me thus my reason for joining and trying CBT-I.March 23, 2020 at 5:41 pm #36070

Welcome to the forum, Jess! I am confident that cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) techniques will help you since they address the perpetuating factors behind insomnia — in other words, they address (and fix) the cause of ongoing sleep disruption! The content of this post is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
