      I have suffered insomnia on and off for about the past fifteen years. Recently been dealing with it again, only able to sleep every other night. Stress and anxiety are factors, fear, worry relating to sleep. Also recently started in Buspar an anti-anxiety med that causes emotional blunting making it even harder to fall asleep when I can’t process any emotions. I have only recently started looking into CBT I which appears to be the direction I need to go.
