      I enrolled here in January this year. I must say, it was the best decision I’ve ever done in my life.

      I used to have sleepless nights once every two weeks. Sometimes, even more. But after enrolling here on Insomnia Coach, I no longer have recurring sleepless nights since April 23rd.

      Insomnia Coach has two parts – Cognitive and Behavioral.

      I cannot comply with the Behavioral parts. I’m still having a hard time disciplining myself until now… but the Cognitive part is already enough. All I really ever needed was to change my mindset about sleeping! It was effective!

      Now I can work better. I can also work out at the gym more. I’m getting closer and closer to my dream body. And what’s more is that, I’m earning a lot more since I have more time to work nowadays!

      My net worth has also more than doubled since the start of the year. Blessings are pouring in!

        In my experience, some clients respond really well to some behavioral changes alone. Others find it more helpful to explore the cognitive side — the sleep-related thoughts and beliefs that can increase arousal and make sleep more difficult. For other clients, addressing thoughts *and* behaviors proves to be the most effective way to improve sleep for the long-term.

        All that matters is that you figured out what was most helpful for you — and that you gave yourself the opportunity to explore new ways of thinking about sleep. Because of your own efforts, you experienced improvements in your sleep and you now seem to have a really positive outlook on life!
