    The key to sleep is patience.
    We all have the ability to sleep! But sometimes when we cant sleep, and that happens to all of us! it takes patience to get to sleep.this is one of the many tools that Martin taught me. We cant make our selfs sleep so we nee to be patient wile waiting to get to sleep. I cant stress that enough. I still awaken in the middle of the night and most night I find my self getting out of bed and reading and not going back to bed untill I’m good and tired again. But wile I’m waiting i found that i am patient about it sleepiness will follow.
    I now get about 6 to6.5 hours a night.

    Thank you for sharing, Eric! I love how you reframed accepting the sleep might get (or might not get) into one word — patience! If we can avoid the temptation to try to make sleep happen, we tend to create much better conditions for sleep to occur since we avoid all that effort and frustration!
