      I have been struggling on and off with insomnia for about 20 years. I know it’s cyclical. At present, I’m in a terrible cycle. I exercise everyday, sleep hygiene, etc. I know also it’s caused by underlying anxiety. I’m at a loss at what to do. Nothing seems to help. I’ve been on anti-anxiety meds, nothing. No meds seem to work and I feel like I’m out of options. Also, I’ve been to CB therapy as well. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thank you.

Are you referring to cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia? Tell us more about that — was it online or face-to-face? How long did you try it for? Why do you think it didn’t work for you?
