Rarely sleep more than 3 hours

      For me, I can sleep for no more than 3 hours, sometimes only an hour but what is odd is I wake up refreshed sometimes. Is that normal? I dont understand how I am not tired throught the day. It doesnt matter what time I fall asleep. If at 9 i am up at midnight or before. If at 1am i am up by 4 or before.
