I had a sports injury which made it very difficult to sleep due to the pain. After the injury recovered, the inability to sleep continued. Chronic insomnia is a miserable and torturous experience. I had tried CBT before but only with mixed results. Martin’s course provided much more detail and more techniques which made all the difference for me.
This course which provided a recovery for me by a well structured teaching of how to cope and a progression towards a better life.January 18, 2023 at 1:46 pm #62732Thanks for sharing! What do you feel were the most important/helpful things you picked up while you were working through the course?
