      I haven’t been able to sleep well for around a month. Sometimes not sleeping at all for 48hrs straight. I don’t have stress in life in general mostly worried about not being able to sleep. Would like to break this cycle

        I’ve been the same way. A month ago and 4 hours of no sleep have been common. You are not alone.
