I’m hoping someone can offer some advice.
I’ve suffered from sleep problems for 12 years now, and it doesn’t seem to be getting any better.
For the last 5-6 years I havent really had any problems falling asleep when i first go to bed. However, i regularly wake up around 1-2 hours earlier than my getting up time and find myself unable to get back to sleep.
I’ve tried sleep restriction however this only seems to help with sleep onset insomnia, not the early wakings.
Has anyone suffered a similar problem and if so please share any advice if possible.
