    Hi Everyone, I subscribed to Martin’s course around 5 months ago as I had been suffering badly with insomnia for about 3 or 4 months. I have to say that it was the best decision I had made for some time. I carefully listened and followed everything that Martin instructed me to do and within only about 3 or 4 weeks my sleep started to return to normal. The training really gave me a clear understanding of what sleep is is and how it happens. One of the most important lessons that I learned was that lying in bed trying to go to sleep when wide awake is a complete waste of time and can be very debilitating.

    Once I fully understood this as well as as several other important lessons then my sleep began to return to normality. If anyone on this forum reading this is debating whether to to subscribe to Martin’s course the only thing I could say is don’t worry just do it and you won’t regret it!

    I do still have the odd night when I have difficulty sleeping but I would honestly say that’s no more than before I suffered from insomnia and it’s quite normal for everyone to sometimes not be able to sleep.
