I found a new sleep aid a few weeks ago and ordered one and will be trying it for the first time tonight. It used pulsed electromagnetic fields and is nothing more than a tiny bos that sticks onto your upper chest and emits safe electromagnetic waves into your brachial nerve which goes to your brain. This is FDA approved. It is small and non- invasive and feels that way. Runs on a watch battery. I have high hopes after speaking to a number of folks who have had serious insomnia and got relief from this product. I'll keep you posted how it works or doesn't. Chin up!

I had an allergic reaction to the plastic (which is medical grade, so go figure!) Only used it a short while before having to send it back. I believe it was starting to have some effect, too. Nothing but praise for the company and how they treat you. The device is first class as well. Not some garage made toy. Maybe someone will have better luck than I did.
