    Hi everyone, I took Martin’s course back in March this year when suffering from a severe period of insomnia caused by very poor health problems which constantly disturbed my sleep. It was so helpful to me in understanding why I wasn’t sleeping and the suggestions made really worked with 2 to 3 weeks. I am still sleeping well (apart from the occasional night when I find it hard to sleep but that used to happen anyway) But I feel my insomnia is now a thing of the past.

    Some things that I now understand: Drugs are NOT the answer, they only provide an artificial solution. The bed is ONLY to be used for sleep and sex. Going to bed and waking at the same time each day are vitally important.

    Thanks very much Scott. Having read many of the posts in this forum, I’m surprised that more people don’t take the course. From my personal perspective, it was money well spent.
