I highly recommend signing up for the course with Martin. I learned so many valuable lessons mostly around changing my mindset around sleep. For me the biggest help was only going to bed when I was very tired and also spending less time in bed and not reading in bed or laying in bed playing on my phone. I truly feel like I have the tools I need and a solid plan if I start to struggle with my sleep again and I know I can reach back out to Martin for support if needed. I’ve discontinued some of the meds/supplements I was taking for sleep and am almost done weaning off the last one. Good luck to you all!
