      Hello everyone!

      I have struggled with Insomnia for nearly 10 years. It comes and goes. I have tried every possible sleep medication, CBT-I, another sleep coaches program and here i am.

      I have days where I can sleep just fine and days where i barely drift up a couple of hours before my alarm.

      The sheer anxiety, fear, worry, loneliness is exhausting. It feels as though there is not a end in sight. I am hoping that this program will be the program that changes how I view insomnia. Hoping to get some support and read success stories, because today is one of those days where i just feel “broken”.
