      Thank you Martin Reed for the help! I thought I had insomnia. It made me worry when I woke up at night I could not sleep. I went to a neurologist, he wrote me pills that did not help and made it worse temporarily. Actually I did not have but I woke up at night and I thought it was insomnia, but then I realized it was normal. After your free training I used your advice to remove the clocks from the bedroom, made it dark, silent, cooler and above all – When I wake up, I stopped worrying that I would not be able to fall asleep. Now everything is fine. Thank you
