Hi – Have had tinnitus for 5 months and have had trouble sleeping – some nights are OK but others are where I wake up after only an hour and just toss and turn for the rest of the night. Have tried Valerian and more recently Lemon balm but still having sleep issues.

Sorry to hear about your tinnitus and its effect on your sleep, boliston. Do you feel that the tinnitus is the sole reason for your struggle with sleep? How was your sleep before the development of your tinnitus?
