Hi – Have had tinnitus for 5 months and have had trouble sleeping – some nights are OK but others are where I wake up after only an hour and just toss and turn for the rest of the night. Have tried Valerian and more recently Lemon balm but still having sleep issues.September 11, 2019 at 9:09 am #32344
