That’s what we are here for, Dart! Can you tell us a bit more about your sleep? When do you go to bed at night, when do you get out of bed to start your day in the morning, and roughly how many hours of sleep do you get on a typical night?

I usually go to bed at 10pm or 11pm, sleep about an hour, wake up, go back to bed around 5am and sleep another hour or two.

So it sounds as though you will typically go to bed around 10:00 PM or 11:00 PM and then start your day around 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM. During this period, you will get between two and three hours of sleep. Does that sound about right?
