      Hello Friends,

      Trapped amidst seemingly intractable problems. Finance, home/relationship, legal: I’m in my late 60s, onset of COVID lost my business (main source of retirement income besides government pension). Big legal problem with former partner and we’re tangled in a legal issue overseas. Relationship is unhappy, not liking my home. I have ADHD and was disorganized BEFORE this hideous sleeplessness turned my frontal cortex into scrambled eggs. The overwhelming list goes on and it’s all happening together at the same time.

      This hell is not how I envisioned retirement life.

          Martin, You and Scott come across as being so capable, caring, and attentive to those in need. I would sign onto your course but for fear of failing, as I failed so far with the $600 Somryst App. My money problems contribute fundamentally to my insomnia issue! I was NOT ready for the sleep restricted window they dictated of 12:45AM to 5:45 AM.

          Perhaps more continued pain and suffering and I’ll surface and request your fine help!

            Thanks for the feedback, I greatly appreciate it.

            The only way to fail at implementing CBT-I techniques and seeing results – is by not starting. The keys to some of the success stories you read on this forum are from those who consistently implemented the methods and remained patient.
