Hi all, I would like to hear experiences from people doing CBT-I that had to travel / sleep in a different bed during the therapy. Was it easy for you to fall asleep? I have a trip to Paris booked for the holidays but I’m worried I will not be able to sleep.
Thank you in advanceNovember 28, 2019 at 6:30 pm #34166

Thanks for posting the video, @delv-x! I think that, ultimately, when it comes to travel it can be helpful to simply expect sleep to be disrupted. Instead of worrying about “what ifs” try to focus your attention on all the fantastic things you’ll be doing during the day!
When your away, stick with this trend. Enjoy every day. Experience everything you can experience. I suspect you’ll be quite surprised by how well you end up sleeping when you’re away!
