Hello, i had few periods of insomnia, i am 24 years old, first in January, but it all happened when i started feeling my pulse everywhere, not that it’s fast pulse but it’s pretty strong and i can pretty much count it without touching my pulse… so then i got anxious with that i couldn’t sleep normal for some period , before all that when i was not working in 3 shifts, i was playing video games and was raging literally everyday a couple of times the same day, could this contribute to my poorsleep + working in 3 shifts..? usually when im out from 3rd shift i can sleep, i do wake up but i can get 6-7 hours usually but had troubles falling asleep when i go to morning shift and literally that whole week i don’t sleep!!! right now i also have this problems this year i didn’t have that much strees, maybe a couple of times but then the last time when i was going in morning shift i couldn’t sleep for the whole week again, then i went to holiday and i fixed my sleep a bit and was feeling okayish and when i got back i also have these problems, i normally go to bed now between 22pm and 00 i feel like i sleep for few hours but that is not a deep real sleep!!, some nights i don’t but i really feel horrible and 100% exhausted my mood has dropped a lot and i change a lot mentally in this state i can’t do any heavy activity and my brain is not functioning well I’ve went to neuropsychiatric and he gave me the therapy yesterday i hope it will help me, i just want my old sleep well because i don’t feel like before!!! thank you

How are you getting on @goxus? It sounds as though you work shifts — am I right? If that’s the case, it can be very difficult to get sleep back on track since it’s almost impossible for your body clock to follow a regular schedule.
