      Hi,
      I join to the forum to see if can find out how to improve my sleep, I am having sleep disorder for around 5 years and had try out many things: pills recommneded by sleep specialist, yoga, relaxation techniques, exercise, and so far nothing works, I made several apnea test and it seems this is not my problem. my main problem is that is really difficult for me to fall sleep and get a deep sleep for more than 2 hours(I can get a deep sleep for 6 hours or more only 2-3 nights monthly). I want to hear from other people with the same or similiar problem to see if they had found something that really works. Thanks so much, any suggestion would be appreciated.

        It sure sounds as though you’ve tried a lot of things, but I didn’t see any mention of cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) techniques — and this is the most effective treatment option for chronic insomnia.
