Update after 6 months

      Hi everyone, I just want to say a few words about Martin’s program.
      When I started back last year (about 6 months ago) I was sleeping maybe at best 2-3 hours a night. I had been on and off both over the counter meds, as well as prescription meds. I finally said, after 15 years of suffering, I can’t go on living like this. I found and read up about CBTI, which I never heard of before. I thought could this be real?? My wife researched the CBTI program. We came up with several different ones that offered different programs, run by several different people. We choose Martin’s and am glad we did! I’m not going to sugar-coat it, but the initial start-up took some work. I thought to myself I don’t have anything to lose, so I kept at it, and am I glad I did!! After completion my sleep window changed. Get this, I now have a window of 10:00 pm till 7:00 am. I never dreamt this would become reality!! I’m here to tell you, it works!!
      I still, once and a while have some rough nights, but overall, I am sleeping 7 hrs. or so.
      I encourage anyone that wants to sleep better, and regain their life to go through Martins course, and don’t give up, there is light at the end of the tunnel!! Good luck!!
