      Greetings Jacob
I’m not going to write a long post because I’m giving this issue way more attention than it needs to. But briefly, before this, how were you sleeping and did you have the same “problems” you described like noise etc and yet have no trouble sleeping because you weren’t even thinking about it? If yes, then they are not the problem, your mindset about sleep is! In many ways than not, actively trying to solve something that is beyond your control becomes the problem. I’m sorry I can’t help you any further, I doubt anyone can! Best wishes to you.

        Hi 🙂

Well you dont need to reply. Its ok 🙂 But i dont agree with you about that its just only mental problem. Its not. I strated to wake up dduring night going to urine not because some mental problem. But mental problem arise after that, sure. And for my its very wise to practicaly solve any interference like noises and sounds from road or need to go urine during a night. Because for non-insomniac thats normal things that wake people up and distrub their sleep 🙂 So for me trying to solve my mental problem attuned to ym sleep without solving that interferences is like wasting money to pain pills when your leg is bleeding. at first you stop the bleeding and then you solve the pain 🙂

Like i said my insomnia start because of the night interferences, so keeping them unsolved will get me nowhere. But i will still using sleep restriction and stimulus control for solving my mental issue with sleep 🙂 One need another to completly solve my sleep issue 🙂

And thanks to conversation with you i recognize that 🙂

Perhaps it’s best to consult your doctor on this. I doubt anyone here can dispense medical advice without a physical evaluation. Maybe you have an underlying health condition that’s causing your sleeplessness. Good luck!
