    Hello, I’m new to the forum. Been dealing with insomnia now for 7 months. I had high anxiety at the time it started. I was still able to sleep while I was having my anxiety problems then one day I couldn’t sleep anymore. My doctors had me try zzzquil and that worked for a week. I’ve been on multiple anxiety medications and sleeping meds and some work for a bit and some don’t work at all. I can apparently over power the medications when I’m agitated. I find I can sleep better at my parents house, than I can in my own bed. It’s been a miserable 7 months. Some nights I have to get up and leave my bed and go to the couch, where I get broken sleep. I find even if I talk about sleep to family members then thst night I won’t sleep. Apparently just the thought of a bad night, causes me a bad night. Been watching Insomnia coach videos for a month now. Looking to fix this forever.
