      I have suffered from insomnia for several years. I can usually fall asleep. Unfortunately, I wake two to three hours later. If I am worrying about stuff, I can have trouble falling back to sleep. I take L-Theanine 200 mg when I wake up and often I can fall back to seep. Sometimes my worries keep me awake the rest of the night. Any suggestions?

        What is usually going through your mind when you wake during the night? Are you currently implementing any methods/techniques to manage your anxious thoughts (journaling, getting out of bed when lying in bed isn’t pleasant, etc)?
