I have suffered from insomnia for several years. I can usually fall asleep. Unfortunately, I wake two to three hours later. If I am worrying about stuff, I can have trouble falling back to sleep. I take L-Theanine 200 mg when I wake up and often I can fall back to seep. Sometimes my worries keep me awake the rest of the night. Any suggestions?April 27, 2021 at 3:56 am #40938
Welcome to the forum!
What is usually going through your mind when you wake during the night? Are you currently implementing any methods/techniques to manage your anxious thoughts (journaling, getting out of bed when lying in bed isn’t pleasant, etc)?
