    so still no sleep,last week I ended 2 nights/days without a sleep.
For like 3 weeks I feel dissociated.
A week ago psychiatrist gave me Clozapine,God this is not a pill this is a death.
    I took it last 3 days,and I couldn’t function at all.
I had a good sleep for 10 hours but all day long I felt deattached from the world, can’t think, can’t read, can’t concentrate, can’t even pay a simple bill.
Psychiatrist told me I have to take it but I really don’t want to because I feel like a plant on it.
I wish it only sedates me but it doesn’t it’s like a feeling you see all around yourself in a fog.
    What can I do?
I went to somnologist to other country and he gave me a pill, too this time Tegretol, and I didn’t take it since it has nasty side effects same as Clozapine.
Wherever I go they all give me pills for epilepsy, schizophrenia.
    I can’t take this anymore,and I can’t take insomnia too.
What else is left for me to try, please help me?

since Sunday I slept all in total 8 hours.
I feel very very ill, exhausted,my brain is slow.
God,is there an end to this misery!
Last 2 nights 0 sleep even with seroquel.
    What can I do anymore?
    I went to like 100 doctors,tried everything,I mean I don’t even know if there is a single thing I didn’t try.

whats is the difference, there is no single doctor who can enter his or my brain and tell it to shut down so we can fall asleep.
What is the difference between circadian rhythm disorder and chronic insomnia?

    Doctors still prescribing me meds.
But this solution won’t work futher more,as I’ve been told that this med losses effectiveness as hypnotic very soon, then I’m back at the start.
None of the doctors told me why I have insomnia,I mean if it’s because shiftwork probably now that after 5 months I would sleep normally but I don’t cuz I still have to take meds.

From Monday Pregabalin doesn’t work anymore to get my fall asleep.
    Now all hell broke loose.
I’l talk to my doctor today, but there is nothing that can be done, since I’m taking pills for 4.5 years.
He well probably suggest back to Clozapin (which is living hell taking it,drowsy, sleepy, dissociated all day,I am literally tied up on bed) or to not take any pills, but we all tried both solutions and the result is very bad.
Not taking any pills made me not to sleep 72 hours and then I was given Largactil IM.
So what do you guys suggest me to do?

Is it possible that my brain acts like some kind of alarm, always waking up at that time?
    Well I trie a lot of pills,really a lot,more then 15.
I’m taking now pregabalin 75 mg before sleep.
But it works 2 nights then third night I have to take clonazepam already 1 mg to put me to sleep.
But that is not relaxing sleep, cuz I wake up tired, probably no deep sleep from benzos.

after 48 h of like 2-3 h of sleep total,I had to take klonopin last night to get some rest.

Although I don’t feel fresh at all.

When I woke up,one thought came to my mind:WHAT IF MY SLEEP NEVER COMES BACK NATURALLY.

    I’m scared like shit…

For one thing I know sadly,I ended many times third night can not fall asleep and taking meds.

I really can’t believe no one can tell what is the cause of my insomnia.

I mean how do blind man sleep.

So I know it’s risky to try to sleep without antipsychotic but taking sdatives long term probably is not solution anymore but psychiatrist don’t agree, they tell me there is a high chance to end up sadly in psychosis.

I took klonopin for more then a year but I read somewhere that klonopin deletes REM  sleep permanently in humans so I got scared.

I started going to CBT for like 10 sessions but it didn’t help.

I really can’t take clozapine, quetiapine, zyprexa anymore, they make me groggy all day long and I feel deatached from reality.

Hmm second option is to try sleep on my own,but this is impossible mission for me.

What can I do?I don’t have third option really, and I need sleep desperatly.

I know if I don’t sleep for one night now,I feel terrible, and that I won’t sleep the second night probably because fucked up hormones.

Where can I practice CBT-I and mention to my therapist?Any link?

I mean I did all what you could say to a guy, avoid caffeine, excercise, laptop, dinner late etc etc nothing so far helped.I think that’s a since I see people taking coffe around 8:30 p.m and running/doing excercise around 7 p.m. and probably sleep normally.

I want a link to book or something about CBT-I,my therapist doesn’t know about that.

I suffer from borderline personality disorder and I think I got that with insomnia and somatoform disorder but I never had issues with this until insomnia hit me.Now looks like I’m in circle insomnia-bpd-som.dis-insomnia any each feeds other.

Me deicied to stop taking all the meds.4 years I’m taking all possible sedatives.

    This will me tough.

I know once ended up in hallucinations not sleeping for 4 nights/days and was given thorazine.

Someone here said it’s impossible for human not to fell asleep for more then 2 days.

This is really risky, since I know my body now can’t handle even one night without sleep.

I don’t expect miracle,so guys tell me,if I don’t fall asleep at least for 2 hours in 48 hours could I risk not to take any drugs third night?

what dosage of gabapentin is for sleep?

I really can’t function like this on clozapine.

I’m in a brain fog, loss of concentration, sleepy, tired as hell and drowsiness is huge issue to me.

The only thing what is left for me is not to take any drugs anymore for sleep.

Can I risk my chances,to try?

I know I won’t sleep maybe for 48 h and it is very risky.

    What do you guys think?
