Phil Snelman✓ ClientHi Helen, yes I did. That is a vital part of getting back to normal. I think one of the reasons insomnia develops is by developing bad habits. Sticking religiously to the suggestions in the course helps to re train the mind and body to achieve a proper sleep pattern.

Take Martin’s 8 week course. I recently finished it and I am sleeping normally. I’m certain it will help you and you will understand what is causing the problem and how you can effectively deal with it.

My sleep problems/insomnia are now under control. There are several things you need to learn in order to be cured. The course covers these and I’m confident it will do the trick.

Sorry to hear of your health issues. All the things you’ve been trying can help but they won’t cause you to sleep in themselves. Sleep just has to happen and therefore we have to create the right circumstances for us to fall asleep without relying on any artificial help. I strongly recommend you subscribe to Martin’s 8 week training program. I fully believe it will help you and you will benefit a lot. -
