crapsuspect advice and information out there.I haven't published anything that's been peer reviewed so I don't want to specifically refer you to my own work. That being said, every single blog post I write over at the Insomnia Land blog contains a source link.
Therefore, any time I talk about or reference a study, click the source link to see where I'm getting my information from. Sometimes it'll be a newspaper but I always try to link to the source of the research itself whenever possible.

It's a great (and reputable) resource.

As for hypnosis, it's not something I come across frequently in my research.
